About Us

At Walfinch Greater Manchester South, we provide home care to people living in Wilmslow and the surrounding areas of Cheshire East. We work with older adults, younger adults, people living with dementia, those with learning disabilities or autism, and people managing mental health conditions. Our aim is straightforward: to help people live well in the place they feel most comfortable, which for most people is their own home.

We know that inviting a care provider into your home is a significant decision, and we take that trust seriously. Every person we support is different, so we take time at the outset to understand what matters to each individual, not just what care they need but how they like their day to run, what they enjoy, and what independence looks like for them personally.
