About Us

Here at CH&KI Healthcare, we provide home care support to people living in Stoke on Trent and across Cheshire East. Our work centres on helping individuals remain in the comfort of their own homes, living as independently as possible, with the right level of support around them.

We work with older adults, younger adults, and people living with dementia or a physical disability. We understand that no two people are the same, so we take time to get to know each person properly before any care begins. What matters to them, how they like their day to run, who they want to see and what they enjoy, all of this shapes the support we put in place.

For those living with dementia, we know how unsettling change can feel. Familiar surroundings make a real difference, and being able to stay at home rather than moving into residential care can have a genuinely positive impact on wellbeing. We try to work in ways that feel calm and consistent, so that the people we support feel safe and at ease with us.

For people with a physical disability, whether younger or older, we focus on supporting people to do as much as they want to for themselves, while being there when help is needed. We do not believe in doing things for people that they would rather do themselves.

We are open about the fact that we are not yet rated by the Care Quality Commission. We see this as an opportunity to demonstrate what we do well and to build a clear record of safe, respectful care from the outset.
