About Us

We are a home care agency based in Middlewich, providing support to people across Cheshire East in their own houses and flats. Our work covers everything from a brief morning call to several visits a day, and we plan it with the person concerned rather than handing them a schedule and hoping it suits.

The people we support are varied. Many are older and want to stay independent at home for as long as they possibly can. Others are younger adults living with a physical disability, a mental health condition or a sensory impairment, and what they need from us is practical, specific and often quite different from one week to the next. Where dementia is part of the picture we keep the same small team visiting so that faces stay familiar and routines hold steady.

Good home care is mostly made of small things done reliably. Arriving when we said we would. Noticing that someone has eaten less than usual. Remembering how a person likes the kitchen left. We would rather do those things properly than make grand claims about them.
