About Us

We provide care in people's own homes in Crewe and across Cheshire East. Most of the people we support are older and want to stay in the house they have lived in for years, and our role is to make that realistic by covering the things that have become hard.

A typical week might include help with washing and dressing, prompting or administering medication, preparing meals, light housework and support to get to appointments or to the shops. We also support younger adults, people living with dementia, people with a physical disability and people whose sight or hearing has deteriorated, which changes how we communicate and how carefully we explain what we are about to do.

We keep our carer teams small around each person on purpose. Familiarity matters, particularly in dementia care, and it also means our carers notice change early, whether that is a chest infection brewing, a skin problem, or simply somebody eating less than usual.

Before any care begins we come out, sit down and talk about what the person actually wants, not just what is written on a referral form. The plan that comes out of that conversation reflects it, and we review it regularly.
