About Us

We provide care in people's own homes in St Neots and the surrounding parts of Cambridgeshire. Our work is with older people who want to carry on living in the house they know, with enough support to make that realistic.

What that looks like differs from person to person. For some it is a single morning call to help with washing and dressing and to get breakfast under way. For others it is several visits through the day covering medication, meals, laundry and some company. Our aim is to cover what has become difficult and leave alone what has not, because taking over more than is needed helps nobody.

We keep a small team around each person so that the carer at the door is somebody they know. It matters for the person, and it means our carers notice early when something has changed, which often lets us raise a concern with family or a GP before it becomes serious.

We start with a visit and an unhurried conversation at home. The plan is built around the routine that already exists and reviewed as things move on.
