About Us

Eden Care at Home supports people in their own homes in Gerrards Cross and across Buckinghamshire. Our work begins from a question that sounds obvious but often goes unasked: what does this person want their day to look like, and what is getting in the way?

From there we build support that fits. That might be a short morning call, help at several points through the day, assistance with medication and meals, or longer visits for someone who needs company and supervision as well as practical help. We support older people and younger adults, and we have experience of dementia, learning disabilities and autism, mental health needs, physical disabilities, and sight and hearing loss.

We take training seriously because the range of needs we meet is wide, and a carer who understands why someone with dementia becomes anxious at four in the afternoon will handle it far better than one who simply follows a task list. Staff are supervised, and senior colleagues are genuinely contactable rather than nominally available.

Families often carry a great deal before they ring us, and part of our job is to take some of that weight without pushing anyone out of the picture. We keep relatives informed and we raise concerns early.
