About Us
Pentagonia Healthcare provides care in people's own homes across Aylesbury and the surrounding parts of Buckinghamshire. We support older people and younger adults, people living with dementia, people with physical disabilities and people who live with sight or hearing loss.
Our view is that home care should be built around the person's day, not the other way round. Someone who has always been up at six should not be waiting until nine because that is when a rota allows it. So we start by asking how the day usually goes, what has become difficult, and what the person would still much rather do alone. The plan follows from that conversation and we revisit it as circumstances shift.
Visits cover the practical ground: help with washing and dressing, support with medication, preparing food, help with moving around safely, keeping the house in order, and getting out to appointments. Where someone has sight or hearing loss we make sure information reaches them in a way that works, rather than assuming it has been understood.
We have not yet received an overall rating from the Care Quality Commission. We are registered with them and inspected under the same framework as every other provider.
