About Us

My Homecare covering Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire provides care and support to people in their own homes, working from Aylesbury and covering the surrounding area. We support older people and younger adults, people living with dementia, adults with a learning disability or autism, people managing mental health conditions and people with a physical disability.

Every arrangement begins with a visit and a proper conversation about how the day currently works, where it falls down, what the person wants to keep doing for themselves and what help they would genuinely welcome. The plan that follows is agreed with the person and written in plain language.
