About Head Office

We provide care and support in people's own homes in Orpington and the surrounding parts of Bromley. Our approach is to build support around the individual rather than to offer a fixed package and expect people to fit it. Much of our work is with adults who have a learning disability or autism. There what helps most is communication suited to the individual, a routine that can be relied upon and support that builds skills and confidence rather than quietly replacing them. We take time to understand how somebody prefers to be approached and what they are trying to tell us, including when that is not said in words. We also support people living with mental health conditions, where a steady, trusting relationship and staff who notice early changes matter more than anything else we could provide. We support younger adults too, whose weeks are usually built around work, study, family or plans of their own, and whose support should fit around those things rather than take them over. Where somebody has a goal of their own, we plan support that draws back as their confidence grows. We do not currently hold an overall rating from the Care Quality Commission.
