About Us

Angels Place Health and Social Care provides support in people's own homes across Orpington and the surrounding parts of Bromley.

We visit older people and younger adults, including adults with learning disabilities, autistic adults and people with physical disabilities. Support may cover personal care, help with medication, meals, shopping, laundry and household tasks, and for many of the people we see it also means company, routine and someone reliable who notices how they are getting on.

Support is planned with the person rather than for them. We begin by asking what somebody wants their week to look like, what they can already manage, where help genuinely makes a difference and where it would simply get in the way. Those answers become the plan, and we change it when circumstances shift or when the person changes their mind.

For autistic people we pay close attention to communication, predictability and sensory needs, because getting those right at the outset prevents most of the difficulties that would otherwise follow.

We keep the same carers with the same people as far as the rota allows, train staff for the needs they will actually meet, and supervise them properly once they are working.
