About Us
East Sussex, Brighton and Hove Crossroads Care provides support to people in their own homes across the city and the surrounding county. We work with people living with dementia, adults with a learning disability, autistic people, people managing mental health conditions, and people with a physical disability or a visual or hearing impairment.
We plan support around the household rather than a standard package, because the arrangements people have built at home are usually worth protecting. Our first conversation is about what has become difficult, what someone wants to carry on doing themselves, and who else is involved in the day. From there we agree the detail, write it clearly, and make sure everyone who visits knows what matters and why.
Visits may cover personal care, medication, meals and household tasks, or they may be about company, routine, getting out and keeping appointments.
Consistency is something we guard. Familiar staff make support easier to accept, particularly for someone living with dementia, and they are the ones who notice quickly when things change. We raise those concerns promptly with families, with the person's agreement, and with health professionals.
