About Lifelong Home Care Services

We are a home care agency based in Brent, supporting people in their own homes across this part of London. We work with older people, including many living with dementia, with adults who have a learning disability or autism, with people who have mental health needs, physical disabilities or sight and hearing loss, and with younger adults. Because the people we support differ so much, so does the support. For some it is brief daily calls covering personal care, medication and a meal. For others it is longer visits built around independence, getting out of the house, keeping appointments and managing the parts of the week that have become hard.
