About Belet & Care
We at Belet & Care are a home care agency proudly supporting individuals across London, bringing compassionate, personalised care directly into the place people love most: their own home. Based in the London Borough of Brent within the NW postcode area, we serve families throughout the local community who value independence, familiarity, and the comfort of familiar surroundings. Our setting is unique because it is not a building but the homes of the people we support. Whether that is a family house, a flat, or sheltered accommodation across Brent and the wider London area, our team comes to you. This approach means our clients continue to enjoy their own routines, treasured possessions, and neighbourhood connections whilst receiving the tailored support they need to live well each day. As a dedicated home care provider, we specialise in delivering practical and emotional support that adapts to each individual. In practice, this can mean helping with personal care in the morning, preparing meals, supporting medication routines, offering companionship, or assisting with the everyday tasks that keep a household running smoothly. For families, this means peace of mind knowing that a familiar and reliable presence is checking in on a loved one, whilst the person receiving care retains their dignity, choice, and independence at home. We understand that inviting a care provider into your home is a significant decision, and we approach every visit with warmth, respect, and professionalism. Our aim is to build genuine relationships, working closely with clients and their families to shape a package of support that reflects real preferences and changing needs over time. Following our most recent CQC inspection in March 2023, Belet & Care received an overall rating of Requires Improvement. Within that assessment, we were rated Good for being Effective, Caring, and Responsive, which reflects the strong relationships our team builds and the meaningful outcomes we help our clients achieve. The CQC identified areas for development in the Safe and Well led domains, and we take this feedback seriously. It has given us a clear roadmap to strengthen our governance, oversight, and safety practices, and we remain committed to ongoing improvement so that every person we support receives care of the highest possible standard. If you are exploring home care options for yourself or a loved one in Brent or the surrounding London area, we would be delighted to speak with you. Choosing the right support is deeply personal, and we welcome the opportunity to listen, answer your questions, and explore how we can help your family feel confident and well cared for at home.

What the inspectors found
A plain English summary of the Care Quality Commission inspection behind the current rating of Belet & Care Limited. Report published 1 March 2023.
- 6 January 2023, routine inspection
- First assessment of the service
Safe
Areas of potential risk to people were not always identified. Some risk assessments were not in place and some lacked detail, which could result in unsafe care. CQC found a breach of regulation on safe care and treatment, and made a recommendation about recruitment because referee details were limited and character references were not shown to be verified. People were protected from abuse and staff followed infection control guidance.
Effective
People had an initial assessment before they received a service. This captured their needs, abilities and preferences. Staff supported people in the least restrictive way possible and in their best interests.
Caring
Feedback said care workers were kind and respectful. People's privacy, dignity and independence were respected and promoted. People liked their regular care workers and had developed positive relationships with them.
Responsive
Care plans included information about people's interests and important things in their life. The information was specific to each person.
Well-led
The service had introduced a system to monitor quality, but it had failed to identify the problems with risk assessments and staff employment checks. CQC made a recommendation about quality monitoring. Staff told inspectors they were well supported by the registered manager.
What people told the inspectors
Feedback showed that people and relatives were happy with the care provided.
