Elmar Home Care supports people in their own homes in Keighley and across the surrounding area. We work with older people and with younger adults who need support to manage daily life. Nearly everyone who contacts us wants the same thing, which is to carry on living where they are. Our role is to make that practical rather than to take anything over. People tend to be very clear about that, and respecting it is as much the job as the tasks we take on. For younger adults, our work is often less about personal care and more about keeping an ordinary week on track, from appointments and paperwork to getting out to work or study. Continuity is where we put our effort, because a familiar carer makes every part of this work better. Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is good.
