About Us

At SureCare Bolton, we provide home care across Bolton and the surrounding area, supporting people to live comfortably and independently in their own homes. We believe that receiving care at home, in familiar surroundings, makes a real difference to how people feel day to day, and that is what drives everything we do.

We support a wide range of individuals, including older adults, younger adults, and people living with dementia, learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, physical disabilities, and visual or hearing impairments. No two people are the same, and we take time to understand each person's needs, preferences and routines before care begins. That way, the support we provide genuinely fits around someone's life rather than the other way around.

Our most recent inspection by the Care Quality Commission rated us as Good, which reflects the consistency and thoughtfulness our team brings to their work every day. We are proud of that rating, though we are always looking at how we can do better for the people in our care.

We know that inviting someone into your home, or into the home of a loved one, is not a decision made lightly. We take that responsibility seriously. Our carers are carefully selected, thoroughly trained, and supported on an ongoing basis so that the standard of care we provide remains dependable and genuinely person centred.
