Just Call 4 Care provides care and support to people in their own homes across Birmingham. The people we work with include older people, younger adults, people living with dementia, adults with learning disabilities, autistic adults, people managing mental health conditions, people with physical disabilities and people with sight or hearing loss. That is a wide range of need, and what holds it together is that we start from the person rather than from a package we happen to offer. For autistic people we give notice of change well in advance and pay attention to sensory needs. For people living with dementia we keep the same small team visiting and work at their pace.
