About Us
We are In Faith Care Cambridge, a home care agency based in St Neots. We support older people and younger adults in their own homes across the surrounding area, including people living with dementia, people managing a mental health condition and people with a physical disability.
Most people approach us because daily life has become harder than it was and they would rather have help at home than give the home up. Our job is to keep that a realistic choice for as long as it can be, whether that means one call each morning or several visits covering personal care, medication, meals, getting about safely and the running of a household.
Because the work happens in somebody else's home, how we behave there counts as much as what we do. Arriving when we said we would. Asking how a person likes things done and remembering the answer. Putting things back where they belong.
We try to send the same carers to the same households, because a carer who knows somebody notices when they are not themselves, and we review support as needs change.
We are registered with the Care Quality Commission and have not yet been given an overall rating.
