We are a home care team providing overnight care and support to adults in their own homes across Barnsley. Working through the night is a particular kind of job. The people we visit include older people and people living with dementia, people living with mental health conditions, people with physical disabilities, people with a visual or hearing impairment, and younger adults who need help during the hours when other support has gone home.
