About Us
We are a home care agency working across Camden, Hampstead, Golders Green and the surrounding parts of north London, supporting people in their own homes. We visit older people, including many living with dementia, adults with mental health needs, people with physical disabilities, people living with sight or hearing loss, and younger adults.
Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is outstanding. We are pleased about that, but we are also clear that a rating reflects what inspectors found at a particular time and that the job is to keep deserving it. What sits behind it is not complicated. Choosing carers carefully, training them properly, paying attention to who we send to whom, and looking after our staff so that they stay long enough to really know the people they visit.
The care itself is shaped around the person. Short calls for personal care and medication for some. Longer visits for others, built around company, confidence and getting out of the house. Something much more substantial where that is what makes staying at home possible. We agree it with the person, write it down plainly and adjust it as things change rather than at fixed intervals.
