About Us
Medipro24 provides care and support to people in their own homes in Romford and the surrounding part of Barking and Dagenham. We work with older people and younger adults, people living with dementia, and people whose physical disability or sight or hearing loss makes daily tasks harder than they should be.
Most people contact us at the point where managing alone has become a strain, either for them or for the family trying to help. Our job is to take that strain off without taking over, so we ask what has actually become difficult, agree how we can help with that, and leave the rest alone.
Our visits can cover help with getting up and going to bed, washing and dressing, prompting and support with medication, preparing meals and drinks, help with moving about safely, and practical tasks such as shopping, laundry and keeping the house in order. Some people need one call a day and others need several.
For people living with dementia we keep carers consistent and take time to learn a person's routines and history, because a familiar face does more good than anything else we can bring.
