About Us
Nomase Care in Chadwell Heath provides care at home for people across Romford, Barking and Dagenham and the surrounding area. Our aim is to make staying at home workable, with support that fits around a life already in progress.
We visit older people who need help with personal care, medication, meals and mobility, and we support people living with dementia in the place where familiar routines already do so much good. We also work with adults who have a learning disability and autistic adults, people managing mental health conditions, people living with a physical disability, people with sight or hearing loss, and younger adults who want to live independently with the right support behind them.
Plans are agreed with the person and reviewed as needs change. We put real effort into continuity, because familiar carers notice things that a stranger would miss and save people from explaining themselves repeatedly.
