About Us
We provide care to people in their own homes across Dagenham and the surrounding parts of east London. We work with older people and younger adults, people living with dementia or a mental health condition, people with a learning disability or autism, people with a physical disability, people with a visual or hearing impairment and people managing an eating disorder.
Visits cover personal care, support with medication, meals and drinks, help around the house and with shopping, and support to get out to appointments or into the community. We agree the shape of it with the person, and with family where they want that, then adjust it as circumstances change.
Our most recent inspection by the Care Quality Commission rated us requires improvement overall. We would rather say that plainly than leave you to find it somewhere else. We know which areas were raised, we have work under way, and we will go through the detail with anyone considering us or already using us. Families trusting a stranger with a relative's care deserve straight answers far more than they deserve a polished paragraph.
