Where someone has a physical disability, we think practically about the house itself, about moving safely, about equipment that works, and about the small adjustments that turn a difficult task into a manageable one. We keep the same carers going to the same homes wherever the rota allows. Being helped with private things is easier with a face you know, and familiar staff notice early when somebody is not themselves.
