About Us

Here at Elysium Care Partnerships in Twickenham, we provide residential care for adults with learning disabilities and autism, as well as respite care for those who need short term support. We are part of the Richmond upon Thames community and genuinely value the relationships we have built with the people we support, their families, and those around us locally.

We know that moving into a care home, or even coming for a short respite stay, is a significant moment for anyone and their loved ones. Our approach is to take the time to understand each person properly, what matters to them, how they like to spend their days, and what kind of support actually helps them live well. We do not believe in a one size fits all approach, and we work hard to make sure that the care each person receives reflects who they are as an individual.

For people with learning disabilities and autism, we understand that consistency, familiarity and clear communication are particularly important. Our team works to create an environment that feels safe and settled, where people can build confidence and take part in life in a way that suits them.

Our respite care offer means that family carers and support networks can take a break knowing their loved one is in a comfortable and caring environment. We treat every respite stay with the same thoughtfulness we bring to our longer term residents.

We are pleased that our most recent Care Quality Commission inspection rated us as good, and we see that as a reflection of the everyday work our team puts in rather than something to simply display on a wall.
