About Lime Lodge
We are a residential care home in Nottingham, supporting older people, younger adults, adults with a learning disability and autistic adults. We think of the place as a household rather than a service, and the people who live here have their own rooms, their own things and a say in how the week goes. Support is worked out with each person rather than decided for them. For some that means help with personal care, cooking and looking after their own space. For others it is about getting out to the things they enjoy, managing money, and having somebody steady alongside in situations that would otherwise feel too much. Respite stays are available as well. We should be open about inspection rather than quiet about it. Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is requires improvement. We are not going to explain that away. We know which areas were found wanting, we are working through them, and the fair test is whether you can see and feel the difference when you visit. So please do visit. Look round, meet the people who live and work here, and ask us directly what was found and what has changed since. We would far rather answer that openly than have you discover it later.
