About Us
At Rockliffe Court, we provide residential and dementia care for older people, younger adults, and those living with visual or hearing impairments. We are based in Hull and welcome both long term residents and those coming to us for a short respite stay. We aim to create a home where people feel genuinely settled, comfortable, and supported in the way that suits them best.
We know that choosing a care home is one of the most significant decisions a family can make, and we do not take that responsibility lightly. From the moment someone comes through our door, whether for a visit or to move in, we try to make the experience as straightforward and reassuring as possible. We take time to get to know each person, understanding their routines, preferences, and the things that matter most to them in daily life.
Our team supports people living with dementia with patience and consistency, recognising how important familiar faces and a calm environment can be. For those with visual or hearing impairments, we work to ensure that communication and the physical environment are adapted so that everyday life remains as independent and enjoyable as possible.
We want to be honest with the people we care for and their families. Our most recent CQC inspection resulted in a rating of requires improvement, and we have taken that outcome seriously. We are actively working through the areas identified and making changes to how we operate. We believe in being open about where we are and what we are doing to improve, rather than making promises we cannot yet stand behind.
If you would like to find out more about Rockliffe Court or come and see us for yourself, we would be very glad to welcome you and answer any questions you might have.
