About Us
At Crossbrook Court, we provide residential care for a wide range of people in the heart of Cheshunt, Hertfordshire. Our home supports older adults, younger adults, and individuals living with learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, physical disabilities, and visual or hearing impairments. We also offer respite care for those who need a short break from their usual living arrangements, or whose families need some time to rest.
We know that choosing a care home is one of the most significant decisions a person or family will ever make, and we do not take that lightly. Our team works hard to get to know each resident as an individual, understanding their routines, preferences, and what matters most to them day to day. Care here is tailored rather than generic, because people are not all the same and their support should not be either.
Our most recent CQC inspection resulted in a "requires improvement" rating, and we want to be straightforward about that. We have taken the findings seriously and are actively working through the areas identified, making changes to how we operate and how we support our staff to deliver consistent, safe care. We believe in being honest with the people we support and their loved ones, and that honesty extends to how we talk about where we are on our improvement journey.
Cheshunt is a community we feel genuinely connected to, and many of our residents have lived locally for much of their lives. Being part of that community matters to us.
If you would like to visit Crossbrook Court, speak with a member of our team, or simply have a conversation about whether we might be the right fit for you or someone you care about, we would be very happy to hear from you.
