About Ravenna Lodge
Ravenna Lodge is a residential care home in Andover, caring for older people who can no longer manage safely on their own, and supporting people managing mental health conditions and younger adults. We aim for the feel of a household rather than an institution, with people keeping their own routines, their own belongings and a real say in how their day is spent. Where we support somebody with a mental health condition, our approach is deliberately ordinary rather than clinical. We take time to understand what a good week looks like for a person and what tends to knock things off course, and we build support around that. Respite stays are available too, for people who need care for a short period and for family carers who need a proper break. Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is good. We take that as the standard to hold rather than an achievement to rest on. The better test is whether people here seem settled and whether they feel able to tell us when something is not working. Please come and see for yourself.
